I work best with leaders, founders and innovators who want a clear technical answer, and with hands-on technical teams who want an experienced architect beside them.
It helps most when the problem is a workflow or case platform, an AI feature that has to be trustworthy, or a decision about architecture, hiring or buying that cannot be undone cheaply.

- You email me. A few lines on the problem is enough. The buttons above open a message with the right questions.
- A short call. We check that it is a good fit on both sides, and I tell you honestly if it is not.
- A written scope. What I will do, what you will get and how long it takes, before work starts.
I work across IST and GMT hours, so there is a comfortable overlap with teams in India, the UK and Europe.
03 // BoundariesWhat I will not take on
- Work where the deadline is fixed before anyone has looked at the technical scope. I have seen how that ends, and I would rather help set the date.
- Staffing or body-shopping, where I would only fill a seat.
- AI that makes final decisions with no human check and no audit trail.
- Demos and proofs of concept with no route to production.

Do you work with startups or large companies?
Both. My experience is mostly large enterprise platforms, and the same thinking helps early teams avoid expensive rewrites.
Can you work with my team?
Yes. Most engagements are done beside your engineers, not instead of them.
What about confidentiality?
I keep client work confidential, which is why the case studies on this site do not name clients. I am happy to sign an NDA before we talk details.
